Mel Abraham's school (PUMA Karate) in Wood Ranch ( Simi Valley) California has been in existence since 1994 and is one of the premier and most recognized Karate schools in the Ventura County area. Additionally, the school is one of the only western region schools teaching the Dillman theory of pressure point self defense in the area.

Mel Abraham and PUMA Karate provides regular instruction in Self Defense, Karate, Jujitsu and Pressure Points as well as a variety of training tools, books, videos and seminars in these areas.

We have programs for EVERYONE as well as safe family environment. Our programs include:
